Cannot link with computer/v100

I can not link computer/v100. The linking screen comes up but I can't link.

As described on the official website, the linking problems are directly related to the driver installation. This is also explained on the FAQ section on the support page.

Here is the quote:

Q4. What can I do if my V100 cannot link to the computer?
(1) Please make sure you have installed V100 USB cable driver
(2) please selected the "Link" and hit the "SEL" button to link the unit before press "Press Here to Connect V100" on the login screen.
(2) If the V100 still cannot connect to the computer, if possible please try a different computer to install the V100 driver and again.
