You can't unlock the phone using an application or tweaking some settings. The phone needs to be connected to a special device in order to access various settings and protected memory. This can be done at a Samsung Care centre or at a local phone service shop. In both cases, a small fee needs to be paid. Secondly, I have looked for software for this procedure, but all the available applications require a hardware box.
