Trac stack update.

Is there a recommended procedure for upgrading Trac installed using Bitanmi Trac Stack? My current version is 1.0.1. I am sure that a future trac release will have enhancements that I would like to use. I am leery of removing and installing the entire trac stack just for an upgrade.
