Although the Samsung might be considered as Smart TV, it needs a dedicated application in order to install it. If an app is available in Play Store is not mandatory to be compatible with the OS on the Samsung Smart TV.
I have checked the official website, but I don't see any Smart TV status or compatibility which means it's not developed for this particular device.
