Can't install apps or games on Android tablet.

It's really annoying. I can download things on my tablet but the app won't install it. I've been waiting for the installation of an app for 15 hours but nothing happened.

First, restart the services of the Google Play application. To do this, go to Settings > Applications Manager > Google Play Store and Google Play Services then install the applications again. If you still encounter errors, perform a factory reset of the tablet. This should fix it.
