What does it mean when it says 'VGA device does not exist'?

If you're trying to install the application, it initially checks to see if the device is installed as well. There is no point in installing a graphic driver and corresponding software an a computer that lacks the hardware part. That's the reason you receive that message, or the driver you have downloaded doesn't belong to the hardware installed in your computer.
