E.X. Next Generartion opening problem.

I'm using Ex Next Generation for more than 5 years. There are two companies. One company opens properly but for the second company after logging the message displays that "another user is using this company" and the software does not run. Can anybody resolve this issue?

This could happen when there is another user who is actually logged on and accessing records for that company. To avoid such situations, simply make sure there is no other application running on your computer and there is no other user logged on as well. You can simply press Windows Key + L to log out the currently logged user and then see an overview about the logged on users.

If you still have issues, restart the PC, and try to connect to the company again.

Even after shutting down the computer and after restarting and confirming that nobody else is logged in i can't log in to Ex next generation 1.5.As I wrote earlier The message"another user is using this company" displays but as a matter of fact nobody else is logged in. More over nobody else has access to this company.
