e.x. next generation dongle stopped working

I have purchased accounting software in the year 1998-99 vide registration No. SC000417. But from few month the dongle of this software do not working properly & thus I am facing very trouble to maitaing the accounts.Kindly let me know how can I solve the problem as early as possible.

Which version of ex are you using...am having hasp dongle & usb dongle if you need any please call on 09849201580 Arvind or can email on arvin322@yahoo.com these both works perfectly in windows 7 also.
