I wanted a freeware application to convert BIN files to AVI files, but can't find.
Typically, a BIN file represents a disc image and next to BIN files, there should be CUE files as well. The CUE file is used to mount the BIN file. If you have videos stored in the BIN file, then you need a mount application to assign a drive letter to image. Afterwards, you can use any video converter to access the contents of the BIN file and convert the files to AVI format.
Use the program 'MP3 convert' it will convert any music/ video file to any other format
