I recently updated my windows 10 PC. AuthenTec TrueSuite and KeepSafe were fine before the latest update, but once the computer had restarted both these programs just deleted themselves and the computer told me they did not work with the update so basically just threw them out! Now I have no idea how to get all the files that were I protected on KeepSafe, they have to be somewhere on the computer right? and I hope they're not on the Internet.

Any help is appreciated.

This is a serious issue, because the data protected with the applications is practically unavailable and will stay this way. Even if you re-install the products, I believe the locked content won't be detected. Windows 10 should have warned you about this issue.

At this time, the only thing to do is go back to previous version of Windows and reinstall the products, then attempt to recover the data.

To go back use the following: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Go back.

Hello, I update W7 to W10 and KeepSafe was blocked.
I did the downgrade (go back) inmediatly, but KeepSafe does not run in W7 and neither other things.
I re-installed AuthenTec TrueSuite but I never found the KeepSafe icon.
I lost all my data storaged in it.
It's a risky business
