Most of these applications have a Settings menu where you can configure various aspects. Install the application and then access the Settings. Look for Start with Windows option and enable it. Or, you could repair or reinstall the software and the option will be added automatically to the Startup.
However, for backup solutions it's not necessary to actually start it because it's running in the background and as long as there are no notifications saying the service is stopped.
