Is there some way I can back up on Windows 8.1?

I have replaced my PC with a laptop which has Windows 8.1. I can no longer back up my files to my Seagate external hard drive. Are there any solutions please?

Memeo AutoSync is compatible with the following versions of Windows: 10, 8, 7, Vista, XP. As you can see, it supports Windows 8/8.1. The problem must be with the version of AutoSync running in your PC.

As always, try downloading the latest version from its official website because it's probably updated to support the versions mentioned above.
