The application will work on Windows 10 using compatibility settings and only on a 32bit version of Windows 10. If you try to run it on 64bit, it won't work properly and an error will be displayed instead.
To apply a compatibility tweak, right click the setup package and go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose a prior version of Windows and then run it again.
