Will this work with Windows 8 and Windows 10?

Have a flash catalog program that I would like to start when the USB is inserted. Of course, it can be bypassed if the user wants, but giving someone 10 seconds before it starts is good. I am sending this USB with two partitions, one is not "deletable" and carries the catalog, the other is free space for the user.

It's impossible to say if the application will work on Windows 8 or Windows 10, because there is no way to acquire information from its official website. I have tried to access it, and an error is displayed instead.

However, I have downloaded the software and installed it on Windows 10 and all the modules are working properly without errors.
