What could be the problem when Sunny Explorer doesn't find my inverter (STP 10000TL)? It's wired to my network. I can see it with "ping". Sunny portal works fine. So what could be problem? I'm using version 1.07.20R The latest, as far as I'm aware.
If you are connecting through a router, then connect to router and disable firewall and any other security options because if the device sends strange packets, the firewall might block it. Additionally, make sure that your computer has the firewall turned off as well.
