I have installed and set up Elgato but it says no device found - any ideas please?
try and change the console and if your on ps3 youneed to change the display settings and ps4 you need to turn hdpd off if you need any more assistance send me another question hope this helped!!
The developers/manufactures provide users with the possibility to see a video tutorials on how to properly set up the consoles supported by the Elgato Game Capture HD. It's best to see a video tutorial, but a user manual will do as well.
