Remove my name and any reference to auto renewal.

I don't know what this is. Got email about registration, says purchased 7/2015. Don't see how I was out of country late June until Augusr. Please cancel and remove my name and info.

You will have to check the email you received the charge from and the website that charged you, then access their website and request a refund. If you believe this charge was done without your consent, contact your bank immediately. They should give you additional instructions about this inquiry.
