You are advised to uninstall the application because it has compatibility issues with Windows 10. Even if the software might work correctly, Windows 10 Upgrade Advisor identified various problems with the application and because of that you are recommended to uninstall it. In case there is no other version of the software, you can install the one you currently have, but in compatibility mode and it should work.
