Replace PT Cloud account.

I have download NVMS7000 for my iPhones and iPad. I've created a PT Cloud account ad it was working good until yesterday. Now I cannot view my cameras. I wonder if there's any way I could delete that account and recreate one with the same serial number. Because I highly think I've been hacked. Is there anything I can do to start up fresh?

I have checked all the possible user guides and manuals, but I didn't find anything related to PT Cloud recovery.
