What is the best way to remove past years within Lacerte DMS?

We are trying to clean up our DMS by archiving old folders and then remove prior years of data from the Lacerte DMS database. How is this done?

Lacerte DMS works with templates, and if you delete a folder from these templates, it also removes any empty versions of it in the folders. If you want to clean the database and delete folders, you will have to find that folder located on your hard driver and delete it permanently, then it shouldn't pop up in the application anymore.
