Where does TVC Tool stores data before upload to the site?

I did not switch off the TVC now now it's showing more hours.

I didn't find anything related to the TVC Tool application. I have tried to obtain details and data about it, but there is nothing available for this procedure. I recommend you access the Help section to contact the developers. The problem is the software is not available for downloading, therefore testing is impossible. Go to Help > About and note the contact options then get in touch with support section.
