Yes, the application works on Windows 10. I have downloaded the latest version available and installed it and it worked normally. Thew only requirement you need to have is Java. Install Java and then install the application. When launching it, right click the setup package and select Run as Administrator. This will give the application exclusive permissions to run properly.
