CD labels and jewel box covers

I recently upgraded to Windows 10. I can't find the page that lets me choose labels and jewel box covers for my project. Where do I go and what can I do to continue using EZ Label Xpress Kit with my burned CDs?

I didn't find this application on the developer's website which means it has been probably discontinued. I have searched for system requirements and it appears that the product is compatible only with Windows 2000 and XP. Try applying a compatibility tweak using right click on file > Properties > Compatibility > Windows XP Service Pack 3.

Tick the Run as Administrator box as well and then launch the application.
