OPTEC VGA DISPLAY software controller.

I am trying to install SignEnd and UserEnd in one PC but after I run VGAsignsetup.exe the SignEnd asks me for access code. I can see that the access code is associated to the Hard Disk ID so the software looks like it is not free at all. By other hand, I am looking for an obsolete VGA PCI card from the early video microchip 65550 from Chips and Technologies

There is a manual you can consult which provides instructions on how to install the applications. You can download it using the link posted below. However, I didn't find anything about software activation or something related. Better contact the developers of the application and they should provide additional information related to software's registration/activation.
