That happens because the file you're trying to record exceeds 2 GB, which means your hard drive is formatted in the FAT32 file system. You need to format it to the NTFS file system. Copy all your data to another location, then go to Computer, right-click the partition where you want to store the recordings and choose Format. Pick NTFS from the list and continue with the formatting procedure. Make sure to select Quick Format as well. After this procedure, the software won't give you the same error again.
