I accidentally removed Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 from My computer. How can I restore it?

When software is installed for the first time, the setup package saves a copy of the entire package for future installations, repair and maintenance or uninstallation. If the software was installed on the C:\ drive then go to Start > Run and type this: C:\MSOCache\All Users{90120000-0012-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C \setup.exe. You mentioned the Enterprise edition and the following code applies only to that version. In a matter of seconds, after you run the command the setup package will start to run from the local MSOCache which is basically the local installation source. Follow the onscreen prompts and instructions and perform a new installation of your product.
If the product was installed on another partition, modify the command and instead of -C add -DRIVE where the app was previously installed.
