I have tried to download the PedBuilder application, but it's impossible. I have searched various websites, but I couldn't get a DEMO version to test it which makes it impossible to say if it supports importing files from WinPed. If you still have the application installed, go to Help > About and get in touch with the developers. They should provide you additional details.
