The easiest method requires iTunes. Since iTunes supports both devices, download and install it on your computer. Use the link below to obtain the application and install it. After it's downloaded, connect the phone and create a backup. Go to Tools > Devices > Backup. This procedure will back up the iOS contents. After the process is complete, disconnect the phone and connect the iPad. Go to Tools > Devices > Restore from backup. Select the previously created backup and wait. All the files will be transferred to the new device.
