Version of Access required.

Unfortunately, once installed it says can't find database files. Trying to open .mdb or .mde file Access says created with later version of Access. What is the minimum version of Access required?

It's impossible to say what is the minimum version required for this application, because the official website doesn't exist anymore. Therefore, no source for information can be used. These applications use MDB files through DLLs and modules. It's possible that the MDB file can only be opened with the BEI PayRoll. Open the software and then try to locate the MDB file manually and check the Help > Contents as well.
