Connection with server failed

Whenever I try to log into Haohuiyi, I get an error message that states "Connect server failed". I have Wi-Fi but I connect through Ethernet to make sure the connection is secure. My Internet speed is fine so I'm not sure what the issue is. Any suggestions? I need the program for work.

In most of the cases, a server connection failure is caused by these factors:

  • wrong username and password used in the configuration window.

  • a firewall that blocks the connection of the software to the master server.

  • server is not online because of maintenance or Internet issues.

Either way, you should check all the above and if you know the IP of the server, ping it using Start > Run > Cmd > ping IP
