I have searched for this issue, but couldn't find anything related. The official website doesn't display or hold anything about the MT-App. It's possible that the feature/program you want to use was discontinued and unsupported anymore. On a side note, try running the application as Administrator if you're using a newer version of Windows because some apps required Admin rights in order to work properly.
