Since there is no actual troubleshooting for application, I recommend checking the built-in Help section. In case you can't open the Help section, go to installation directory then look for PDF or CHM files. These are usually user guides, troubleshooting documents or provide instructions on how to operate with the application.
However, based on the screenshots that I have seen on the web, the application provides you with buttons and functions to open or restore files. Use them and point the dialog window to where the files are.
