I checked the available details on various websites, but didn't find anything related to vault storage and recovery in the 360 Security app. You're probably confusing two applications, because the 360 suite of applications deals with PC protection and file security.
If you have the application installed on your PC, access its manual. Although I wouldn't trust 360 Security, these apps still have documented data about their usage.
