The software doesn't work on Windows 7 or newer Windows versions because it has been discontinued. The official website is not working anymore, therefore, you can't have compatibility upgrades or actual updates for the application. While in Windows 7, right-click the product and apply a compatibility setting through Troubleshoot Compatibility. This is the only thing you can do at the moment.
