Most of the websites and applications that use memberships have a Forgot Password? option that can be used to recover the password for an account. Access the website with the software and then click the Log-in button. Click on Forgot Password? then follow the instructions. If I am correct, you will have to enter your email address to recover the password. Make sure to check the SPAM folders as well.
