There is no official list with system requirements, because the product can't be found on the official website. This means you will have to run it as it is. However, I have found out (on other websites) that the program is compatible with almost all Windows versions. It means you can run it on XP, Vista, 7 and quite possibly 8, 8.1 as well as the latest one, Windows 10.
To avoid any issues, right-click the application, then go to Properties > Compatibility and select XP or Windows 7 from the list then launch the application with Administrator access.
