My Microsoft 640 LTE won't charge from new. When I got it, I put battery in and started the set up. Then the battery died. Tried to charge, it vibrates when plugged in then shows battery and plug display, then Microsoft logo, then Windows logo, but then kicks back to Microsoft logo and repeats. Can anyone help please?

What you experience is called a BOOTLOOP when the phone can't get past the logos. This could be caused by faulty firmware or cable that doesn't provide necessary voltage. The first thing to do is to replace the cable and the charger. Use any charger or cable that has microUSB output.

Secondly, use the Recovery guide and the application to restore the firmware of the phone: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/mobile/support/product/lumia640/faq/?action=singleTopic&topic=FA142987&category=softwareupdateanddownload
