How to retrieve unsaved tasks in Microsoft Project 2003?

I was working on a large task list in Microsoft Project. I didn't "Save" the project as I should have, and when I returned to work this morning, there had been a power failure, which took down my PC. Is there any way I might be able to retrieve this task list I was working on?

Unfortunately, the Microsoft Project 2003 doesn't have the same recovery/backup functionality like Word or Excel which means that if the files weren't saved, then it's long gone. There are no applications developed to recover project files. You will have to start again, and save every time you have the occasion. I have searched for an application, but there isn't one.
