I get an error when opening my YSI and images won't load.

I have searched for this error, but it doesn't appear anywhere, which means it's impossible to diagnose it. I can recommend its reinstallation if you still have the package, but from what I see, the error is related to update which could mean that the server that provides the updates isn't available anymore.

It's also possible the software has been discontinued and removed from the official website of the developers. I have looked it up, but couldn't find anything related.
