The setup.exe program for Nexus Mod Manager contains a virus. My computer will not allow it to run and install the mod manager. What can I do?
You have probably downloaded something from another website, because the Nexus Mod Manager available on the official website doesn't have any viruses at all. I have downloaded and installed the package, and the antivirus was quiet, which means you either have a false positive (package is identified as being infected by mistake) or it's actually infected with malware.
