Unfortunately, there is no way to overcome that unless you have a stable connection. The behavior you experience is called throttling. If you're making too many requests, and your total supported capacity and the connection drops, then all those requests are dropped as well.
You need to contact your ISP provider to increase the bandwidth, and the behavior should disappear.
