The 4c Plus Lipika software does not work in Windows 10.

It's known that the software doesn't work with Windows 10, because it has issues with the Windows 7 version as well. The only thing you can do is to apply a compatibility tweak. Right click the setup file if you have it and go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version of Windows and then try running the application. Make sure that you tick the Run as Administrator as well in the Compatibility tab.

Properties>compatibility and choosed a windows 7 and also tick run as administrator in compatibility tab.
But still 4clipika is not working properly.

You can try pressing space and backspace function with the shift key pressed.
That is pressing the shift key and then pressing backspace or space key
