Blank page response to Internet link.

The link that I received through email doesn't open. Message says blank page then blank page not responding. What can I do to fix this problem?

There could be a couple of reasons why the link is not working:

1. The link doesn't have the proper HTTP structure (ie. http://example.com)

2. The link leads you to a page infected with malware that crashes your browser on purpose.

3. The website you are trying to access is actually not working and displays a white page instead.

My advice is to double-check the link and if you consider it's okay, manually copy it and paste it in a browser.
