Bin files are virtual images created from the physical CDs using specialized software. However, it's impossible to access the BIN files to recover photos and videos on your PC if they were extracted from the Photo Vault because they're encrypted and only the application has this power. Leave the files where they are and then re-install the app. Without setting a password, open the menu and use the Recovery functions.
