Unfortunately, there is no certified driver for Windows 10 regarding the SMI Grabber. The only thing you can try is to install it manually with Driver Enforcement disabled, but that won't guarantee it will work.
Have your setup package ready for installation. Right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Choose another version of Windows and proceed with the installation. After this, go to Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Restart > Advanced Troubleshooting > Startup > Reboot > Choose option 7 by pressing key 7 and wait to load. Go to Device Manager and right click the device that's not installed. Use Update Driver and choose the INF file from the installation directory of the software. Accept the warning, reboot the PC and the device and the software will be functional.
