WYO still does not work after re-installation.

I have done as instructed and what I get, it's the trial version. I cannot reactivate the full version I paid for. How can this be resolved?

If you can't activate the application, then there might be a problem with the serial number/license file you use to do it. In this case, only the developers have access to the status of your registration.
