There are two apps on my phone that is want to know about: IMS Settings and IMSLogger+.
The apps are part of the VOLTE feature. You can check the Wikipedia link posted below to see exactly what it is. Basically, the IMS Settings is used for Video Sharing and the Logger is used for Volte.

Users recommend disabling these since no harm will be done to your phone.
