Problem with the dongle.

We have bought the program years ago and the dongle number is 11824-29090. Now we can't work because there is a message that pops like:
"i-cut@ time dongle has expired". We certainly didn't buy our program with expiration date and the distributor in Greece can't help us. Could you please?

If you know the software doesn't expire with the dongle and the serial you have, then I recommend to completely wipe the software from your computer. Remove everything you have about the software including the drivers for the dongle, then reboot the PC and restart the computer. After the computer is restarted, reinstall it and then activate it again. If I am right, the software should work and the error should disappear.
