Every MSI product comes with its own recovery CD. You cannot use another Recovery CD from a different product because of the drivers that have been integrated into the operating system. Some companies provide the recovery CD to their customers on the support page but this is not a general rule. In your case the only thing to do is to contact support service by email or phone and explain. If the product benefits from the warranty then it is most likely possible that you will receive a new Recovery CD for your product.
