Snipping tool information

I bought Microsoft Office 2013 few months ago but now I need the Snipping Tool program and it is not available.

The Snipping Tool is an application embedded into Windows operating systems. You can access it using Start > Search > Snipping Tool. It doesn't have any connection with the Microsoft Office application.
